What does a Royal Genie do?

A Royal Genie is the personal concierge that comes with a Star Class suite on Royal Caribbean. The Genie books shows and restaurants before you board, escorts you past queues, sets up the suite with what you asked for, and arranges surprises during the week. Sky Class and Sea Class suites do not get one.

Which Royal Caribbean ships have the suite area?

The Suite Lounge and Coastal Kitchen restaurant are on Oasis-class ships (Oasis, Allure, Harmony, Symphony, Wonder, Utopia) and Icon-class ships (Icon, Star, Legend). Quantum-class ships have Coastal Kitchen too. Older ships sell suites without a private area.

Does Royal Caribbean sail from Tampa?

Yes, mostly in winter with mid-size ships that fit under the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. The biggest ships cannot reach Tampa. The Tampa page covers what sails from there.

Royal Suite Class: Star, Sky and Sea

Star Class suites get a Royal Genie, all speciality restaurants, a drinks package and Wi-Fi in the fare.
Sky Class suites get the Coastal Kitchen restaurant and the Suite Lounge on Oasis and Icon-class ships, plus a drinks package on some sailings.
Sea Class is a junior suite with Coastal Kitchen for dinner only. It is not a suite programme in the Yacht Club sense.
The private suite area lives on Oasis and Icon-class ships. Older ships have suites but no lounge or restaurant for them.
