Naples · Southwest Florida · Suite cruise advisor
Kathryn Lyn has stayed in MSC Yacht Club and Norwegian's Haven, sailed eight cruise lines, and lives two hours from three of Florida's cruise ports. She plans suite cruises for Naples and Fort Myers travellers. The cruise line pays her. You pay the cruise line's price.

Four ports, all a drive away
Miami, Port Everglades, Port Canaveral and Tampa. She has done every one of those drives from Fort Myers and Naples and tells you when to leave.
Ten suite programmes
Ship-within-a-ship areas like the Yacht Club and the Haven, and all-suite lines like Regent and Silversea. One page each, with what is included and who it is not for.
Honest about what she knows
Every suite page says whether Kathryn has stayed in it, books it, or has only studied it. She has not sailed Regent or Seabourn yet. The pages say so.

Who plans it
Second generation at sea
Kathryn's parents met working for Cunard Line. She has booked travel professionally for more than fifteen years, lives in Fort Myers and lived in Naples for several years before that. She has stayed in every cabin type from an inside cabin to a premium suite, including the Yacht Club and the Haven. MSC and Celebrity are the two lines she knows best.

Questions people ask first
Straight answers
Each one starts with the answer. The reasoning comes after.
- Is MSC Yacht Club worth the extra cost?Yes, for most couples and families who would otherwise buy a drinks package, a speciality-dining package and priority boarding.
- Should we book a luxury cruise or an all-inclusive resort?A suite cruise wins if you want to see more than one place and like your day planned around the ship.
- What is a suite cruise actually like on the day?You arrive at a separate entrance, sit in a lounge instead of a queue, and are walked to your suite by a butler who already knows your name.
- Does booking a luxury cruise through a travel advisor cost more? No.
- When should we book a luxury cruise suite? As soon as the sailing opens, for the suite you actually want.
- What does a butler do on a cruise ship?A cruise butler unpacks and packs for you, books your restaurants and shows, brings in-suite breakfast and afternoon snacks, escorts you on and off the ship, and fixes problems before you notice them.
