The Grills are Cunard's suite class. Grill guests get their own restaurant, lounge and sundeck on Queen Mary 2, Queen Anne, Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth. Cunard rarely sails from Florida, so this is a fly-cruise or a transatlantic. Kathryn has sailed Cunard and her parents met working for the line.

What it actually is
- Queens Grill is the top tier: the largest suites, a butler, and a restaurant that will cook off-menu. Princess Grill is one step down with the same style and a smaller suite.
- Grill guests share a private lounge and sundeck. The rest of the ship is Britannia class.
- Cunard is formal. Gala nights are real. Afternoon tea is served daily.
- Queen Mary 2 is the only true ocean liner in service and does the New York to Southampton crossing.
Where it sails from, near you
Cunard does not base a ship in Florida. Most clients fly to New York for a crossing, or to Southampton for a European sailing. Some world-voyage segments call at Fort Lauderdale.
