The drive from Naples
About two hours from Naples on I-75 east, then the Dolphin Expressway into the port. Toll road. Traffic near the port is heavy on Saturday and Sunday mornings when several ships turn around at once.
What Kathryn tells clients
- Drive over the morning of the cruise if your ship leaves at four or later. Stay the night before if it leaves at one.
- Yacht Club and Haven guests have their own check-in lanes. Look for the suite signs, not the general queue.
- Eastern and Western Caribbean, Bahamas and MSC's Ocean Cay all sail from Miami.
