Port Canaveral on the east coast has MSC Yacht Club and Norwegian's Haven, plus Disney's concierge suites. It is the longest drive from Naples, about three and a half hours, so it makes sense when the ship or the itinerary is the reason.

The drive from Naples
About three and a half hours from Naples on I-75 north to I-4, then east on the Beachline. Tolls. Plan a hotel the night before for morning departures.
